Human Resources Brochures. Tyco International

In close partnership with Tyco's human resources leaders, I designed and implemented several initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and fostering professional growth. One of the key projects, Leadership Essentials, provided leadership coaching and was designed to support leadership development at all levels within Tyco.

The creative challenge in working on Leadership Essentials was designing a comprehensive and memorable branding identity that effectively captured the four key elements of the program. By establishing a visual system, I ensured that all materials were developed with consistent alignment to each program component.

A key aspect of my role at Tyco was developing creative concepts and executing them across all elements of the conference experience. Since 2012, I have successfully branded and produced materials for over 10 conferences and leadership summits.

Third Party Management Handbook. Tyco International

The Third Party Management Handbook outlines the rules and regulations Tyco follows when engaging with vendors. Spanning up to 100 pages of instructions and regulations, this handbook is produced annually. I was commended for transforming this typically dry content into engaging, visually compelling materials.

Re-branding Campaign. Novartis

As the creative lead for Novartis' hypertension brands, Exforge and Diovan, I revitalized brand value in professional communications through innovative design and formats. This project, one of the agency's larger initiatives, was particularly enjoyable as it allowed me to think outside the box while adhering to strict pharmaceutical guidelines.

Patient Education Creative Campaign. Merck

While working for Merck, I developed the creative vision and supervised the delivery of branded communications for the Januvia, Janumet, and Nexium brands. I designed materials for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers, tailoring messaging and visuals for each audience while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines. A key aspect of this project was conducting end-user research to ensure each group’s unique needs were addressed effectively.​
